Compliance & Whistleblowing
Sustainable business success hinges on complying with laws, regulations, ethical standards, and fostering a culture of whistleblowing. Compliance, including whistleblowing, is essential for maintaining our reputation and guiding our business.
Dear Colleagues and Partners,
Benvic has always been a reliable partner for its stakeholders, conducting business with integrity. Honesty, trust, and transparency are essential parts of our identity. It is crucial that our company be perceived worldwide as it truly is: trustworthy, respectful and respectable. Sustainable business success is closely linked to compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Compliance is a key factor for our reputation and must guide us in our business.
Even minor compliance breaches can materially affect our reputation and cause substantial harm. Therefore:
- Benvic developed a Code of Conduct to guide our employees and adress all relevant compliance aspects.
- Benvic employees are expected to comply with the provisions of our Code of Conduct; and
- Benvic will investigate any suspected case of compliance infringement.
We encourage our employees and partners you to speak up freely. If you are aware of any suspected compliance violation at Benvic Group, or involving Benvic employees, your input is vital to us. By speaking up, you give Benvic the opportunity to do the right thing. We cannot deal with the issue if we are not aware of its existence. If we want to stay a fair, transparent and reliable partner, and to protect our reputation, we need our people to voice concerns and grievances.
You can report any suspected compliance violation anonymously through our digital whistleblowing system. This platform provides a secure way for you to communicate with us and ensures your full protection as a whistleblower.
Thank you for your loyalty, your work, and your help.
Yours sincerely,
Luc Mertens, CEO - Benvic
