Origin
For many years Benvic has developed detailed expertise in recycling its PVC-based compounds. The heart of today’s Benvic vision and mission is to redesign polymer compounds, using all the features and benefits of recycled materials. Indeed, new regulations are helping to drive the uptake of these products, mainly based on product life cycle assessments.
Aside from Benvic's Dot-Core and DoTech ranges, for conventional compounds, and Dot-Flex for thermoplastics elastomers, Benvic's Dot-R range is founded on recycled polymer resins and fillers in order to offer materials compliant with the circular economy.
The development of recyclate-based compounds means much more than the simply integration of recycled resin. Benvic is aiming to develop completely new eco-materials - depending on available feedstocks – while still providing manage environmental , cost and performance effective solution.
